Therefore, it will be the primary target to establish good eating behaviors. With the rapid development of technology, the computer and internet can not only meet individual needs but also become the main way of knowledge delivery. However, Technology is unable to satisfy personal diversity needs and hard to improve the bad diet style. The purpose of this study is to implement a personalized diet system based on informal learning theory and grey relational analysis. In order to investigate the efficiency of the system, whether it can help users to control calorie and get nutrition knowledge were evaluated. The experiment was conducted for one month. The participants were 80 students in southern Taiwan. The results showed that users have positive attitude for system usability. Over a half of users improved their calorie intake. There were significant differences between pre-test and post-test nutrition knowledge test. It showed that this system could help users to control calorie intake and get nutrition knowledge. The study also showed that users were satisfied the meals recommended by the system according grey relational analysis.
