Recently, more scholars have proposed the mobile learning model with pervasive game. Through participatory observation and reflections, students can enhance their learning effectiveness, motivation, and attitude. However, as pervasive games are widely used in various field, this research adopted an instructional pervasive game model to allow its use in the education scene.This research attempts to investigate the effectiveness of using instructional pervasive game as the mobile learning strategy, and to know whether mobile learning strategies and students’ digital information literacy would influence students’ learning achievements and learning attitudes. Students in two fifth-year elementary school classes were invited as the experimental subjects; all students participated in individual and cooperative learning in learning activities. There are pre-test and post-test before and after the mobile learning activities regarding community religion investigation. Questionnaires about the use of mobile device, digital information literacy, and pervasive game projects are included.The research findings show that students have higher learning achievements when learning in individuals than in groups; students with higher digital information literacy as well as better attitude dealing with mobile devices have better learning achievements; students who have better recognition to the game rules as well as game mechanism have better learning achievement in both pervasive game and personal learning. Therefore, mobile learning strategies, digital information literacy, and the overall design of game are important criteria for implementing instructional pervasive games.
