And discussed the change of products, viewed them as the control group.In addition, before the heat treatment.Used the simple technology of electrospinning, changing the polymer proportion, voltage, flow rate, working distance.In a suitable conditions, used technology of electrospinning to prepared the CIS/PVB nanofiber, and through subsequent heat treatment prepared CuInS2 to observe the differences of both. and by XRD, EDX, SEM, UV and TEM analysis of the structure of the product morpgology.
