In this case: the efficiency of air intake is reduced cause the engine exhaust all the gases. It also cause a lack of oxygen in the burning of second mixtures. So that the output power of engine is reduced. In order to improve the motorcycle exhaust pipe, both the nanometer ceramics valve, which can withstand the high temperatures in 800℃ and screw type expansion chamber are used in this research. The former modulating the value of the back pressure, the latter helping the speed of gas exhaust to promote the enhance the engine burning efficiency and the air intake outlet efficiency. The "Improvement of Exhaust Pipe" test results, can enhance 7% of the locomotive engine power and increase mileage 25% to achieve the effect of Energy Saving and Carbon Reduction.
