between students and teacher, as well as among students was observed. And the study made
conclusion depending on four reading strategies such as predicting, clarifying, questioning
and summarizing,
The conclusions are shown as follows:
1. Applied reciprocal teaching in third-graders for their Chinese reading comprehension, the
teaching method included “predicting, clarifying, questioning and summarizing”; the
pedagogy design was based on (1) the incentive system to induce students to learn, (2)
multimedia to enhance students’ comprehension in abstract concept, and (3) interactions
between teachers and students to improve the effect of learning .
