Various hospitals have joined the accreditation of BFHI to implement 24-hour rooming-in. Rooming-in facilitates the emotional connection between mothers and infants, and mothers can also establish confidence from the need and dependence shown by infants. To effectively reduce the error rate of identification of infants’ identity during rooming-in and to ensure the safety of newborns in increased rooming-in rate of BFHI, this study intends to use active RFID to establish a visual tracking system which can effectively prevent the occurrence of holding the wrong newborn and theft of newborn and generate the BFHI accreditation statistical indicators. It is hoped that the active identification and tracking technologies can provide strict and complete sensor identification for newborns and comprehensive monitoring and management for overall process. It is also hoped that they can help hospitals effectively meet the requirements of accreditation to increase mother-infant 24-hour rooming-in rate. Hung, Lun-Ping 洪論評 2012 學位論文 ; thesis 107 zh-TW
