Method: The experimental group proceeded the yoga exercise 40 minutes 3 times per week, lasting 8 weeks, and we also set a control group. There were totally 52 participants. All the participants have taken the searcher-designed “attention T test” base on Treisman’s Feature Integration theory before and after the 8 weeks’ yoga course. Each test time for 60 seconds. Accuracy would be the evaluation. Result: 1. The pre-test score of experimental group was 11.58 ± 3.18, 2 post-tests average score was 15.13 ± 3.00, analyzed by the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test of Nonparametric Test, the experimental group 2 post-tests average score was significantly better than pre-test (p =.00, p <.05). 2. The pre-test score of control group was 10.23 ± 2.58, 2 post-tests average score was 13.56 ± 2.42, analyzed by the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test of Nonparametric Test, the control group 2 post-tests average score was also significantly better than pre-test (p =.00, p <.05). 3. The premise of experimental and control groups were proved to be homogeneous by analyzing pre-tests. The Wilcoxon -Mann-Whitney Test was used to analyze the two groups` 2 post-tests average score. The outcome was significantly ( p = .025, p<.05). Conclusion: 1. Yoga as an intervention of preschool children, their attention is better than before. 2. Taking participate in yoga curriculum of preschool children, their attention is better than not participated. Lai, Shihchiung 賴世烱 2012 學位論文 ; thesis 54 zh-TW
