Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北護理健康大學 === 生死教育與輔導研究所 === 100 === The main purpose of this research was to construct the “Children's Anticipatory Grief Inventory” by described the contents of children's anticipatory grief, and as an objective tool to assess children’s anticipatory grief for related specialists. Base on the literature review, analyzed and examined of qualitative interviews , the researcher designed a first draft of ”Children's Anticipatory Grief Inventory” .The pre-test was used in the survey study of 154 third to sixth grade students whose father/mother had the cancer located in middle and north Taiwan . And then, item analysis and factor analysis were utilized for constructing and establishing the reliability and validity of the Inventory. Then mainly final content of the study as follows: 1.The structure of “Children's Anticipatory Grief Inventory” as follows: A. Anticipatory Grief: 9 items. B. Disease awareness: 4 items. C. Physiological responses: 3 items. D. Parent-child coping: 3 items. 2.“Children's Anticipatory Grief Inventory” has a well-built reliability and validity. A. Accumulation amount of variation of the whole Inventory is 61.11%. B. Cronbach's α of the whole Inventory is 0.8782. 3. The total score more than or equal to 49 scores is classified to be high ability group. In the future practice application and research aspect, besides using the Inventory to assess the children's anticipatory grief in order to provide the appropriate resource and assistance. It may go further to expand a mass sample study, to establish norm to make the Inventory with better discrimination.
