Coparenting Scale, Parental Self-Efficacy Scale, Infant Behavior Questionnaire, and Early Children Behavior Questionnaire were used to collect data. Three hundred and three valid questionnaires were analyzed via descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson Correlation. The research findings were as follow. 1. The average score was highest by “passive support”, next was “positive resisting” and “active support” of co-parenting of First-Time mothers, what the average score was lowest was “negative resisting”. 2. The average score was highest by “maternal self appraisal”, next was “nurturing ability” and “nurturing confidence” of parental self-efficacy of First-Time mothers. 3. There were significant differences between age and “passive support” of co-parenting, and “nurturing ability” and “nurturing confidence” of parental self-efficacy. Which, First-Time mothers of age 31-35 were better than ones of age 20-25 in “passive support” and “nurturing confidence” of co-parenting. And First-Time mothers of age 41-45 were better than others in “nurturing ability” of parental self-efficacy. 4. There were significant differences between educational level and “active support”, “passive support” and “negative resisting” of co-parenting, and “maternal self appraisal”, “nurturing ability” and “nurturing confidence” of parental self-efficacy. First-Time mothers with full-time employment were better than ones with part-time employment and housewives in “passive support” of co-parenting. And there were significant differences between work status and “maternal self appraisal” and “nurturing confidence” of parental self-efficacy. Which, First-Time mothers with full-time employment were better than housewives. 6. Besides “nurturing confidence” and “maternal self appraisal”, there were moderate positive correlative between co-parenting and parental self-efficacy. In addition to “negative affectivity” was low negative correlative, there were moderate positive correlative among “extraversion”, “effortful control” and early children temperament.
