碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 環境工程與科學系所 === 100 === For Kaohsiung City clean teams, the flexible/modest utilization of limited manpower and the adjustment of cleaning works are two current key tasks noticeably related to public satisfaction with cleaning service. In this study, telephone interviews of local citizens(20- years old or elder randomly chosen from a telephone directory database) in the 27 townships of original Kaohsiung County were used to explore the public satisfaction with cleaning service,The investigation results provide useful information for the optimization of scheduling future environmental cleaning tasks. The results showed that at present,most surveyed people are not satisfied with the response of petition and the cleaning services of public toilets and drains. These situations are attributed mainly to the shortage of manpower. It is suggested that the increase of manpower in the most complained about tasks is necessary to fit the needs of public cleaning service of Kaohsiung citizens in the near future.
