Tensile strength which the temperature rises, the elongation decreased, will result in the phenomenon of brittle fracture. 二、 The spectrum analyzer to measure the frequency response function:Use ME'Scope VES software corresponds to the damping ratio, which is air-cooled data due to the temperature rise, which the highest value of 0.5543% of 1000 ℃, the opposite water-cooled data because of the temperature rise in damping ratio downward trend, which the lowest value of 0.175% of 1000 ℃. 三、 Comparison of the microstructure:In this article by the one-hour aging, respectively, air-cooled, water cooled to experiment, mainly in the tensile test,pull-off test bars observation of the fracture surface of the micro-structural organization, and near the fracture surface of the surface structure. 四、 Use specimens cut Ti-6Al-4V to hardness testing machine to statistics of the distribution curve of the hardness in a variety of temperature and water-cooled, air-cooled.
