Summary: | 碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 高階經營管理碩士在職專班(EMBA) === 100 === In this thesis, we use qualitative research to explore the Real Estate Brokers business strategy at Chaujou town in Pingtung County.
First we focused on applicability, feasibility and necessity as the research topic. The methods used in this study are: (1) Participation act; (2) Observation; (3) In-depth interviews; (4) Five Forces analysis; (5) SWOT analysis; (6) Induction.
The interview group in this study is focus on the real estate broker in Chaujou town. We found: (1) From legal, advertising, human resource, cost, education, brokerage, performance, customer service, auditing, information, equipment, diversification, industry, and market to describe the management level. (2) From the real estate industry competitors, suppliers, buyers, potential entrants and substitutes to describe the industrial competitiveness. (3) From the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Internal and external environment to describe the competition of business environment. (4) From business concept, mission and scope of operators to describe the business strategy. (5) Strategies include: (a) products and business differentiation; (b)staff education; (c)diversification; (d)stable strategy; (e) reduction strategy; (f) negotiation strategy. Those strategies will be chosen according to the business concept of the operators.
Individual Real Estate Brokers can either refer to this study as part of search for business management project, or modify that information to become their business strategy.
