In order to understand the relationship, self-monitoring conducted by the staff is included as the moderating effect. The data of the research variable are obtained by questionnaire investigation. There are two questionnaires, A and B, which are paired with codes. Questionnaire “A” is for the managers to evaluate others and Questionnaire “B” is for the subordinates to evaluate themselves. A total of 124 effective questionnaires were distributed and returned. The analysis results show: (1) The subordinate’s positive statement have positive influence on the job satisfaction and the emotional exhaustion; (2) The subordinate’s negative statement have positive influence on the overall performance evaluation; (3) The relationship between the subordinate’s positive statement and the job satisfaction would not be influenced by the moderating effect of self-monitoring; (4) The relationship between the subordinate’s positive statement and the emotional exhaustion would be influenced by the moderating effect of self-monitoring; (5) The relationship between the subordinate’s negative statement and the overall performance evaluation would not be influenced by the moderating effect of self-monitoring. Based on the research results, relative research limitations and follow-up suggestions are discussed and proposed. Cheng-Chen Lin 林鉦棽 2012 學位論文 ; thesis 76 zh-TW
