The present study investigates the strategy of a small scale company, by which the company gains the more market share and profits and enlarges the scale of the company. Through the secondary data collecting approach, the present study firstly describe the basic profile of company background. Meanwhile, using the survey approach, the present study tries to understand the opinions of the customers about multiple dimensions of the products. Based on the empirical results, some suggestions which related to the ways to increasing organizational performance were offered to the practical managers.
