| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 景觀暨遊憩管理研究所 === 100 === The purpose of this study is to explore and analyze the reuse mode of Hamasen Wude Hall, a heritage building of Kaohsiung, and its relationship between nearby Hamasen community. From a qualitative approach, the study applies the method of case studies. The contents of the study include the reuse of Hamasen Wude Hall, the community tourism, the difficulties to reuse a heritage building as the part of community tourism, and the strategies of management of cultural buildings. The results of the study demonstrate 1) The reuse mode of Hamasen Wude Hall belongs to the type of conservational redevelopment. 2)What it keeps is the Japanese culture becomes the major characteristic for the development of Hamasen community tourism. 3) There are three major management strategies to enhance the relationship between the reuse of Hamasen Wude Hall and community tourism.
1. Expand the domain of Hamasen Wude Hall
2. Connect the community resources and promote green tourism.
3.Utilize community resources, experience cultural atmosphere, and train tourism curator.
