The common ground of the application that the development of large-scale RFID to convenience of multiple applications in the future. Now teachers use roll-call by name and the end point of delivering to Department office. Let the student take back this paper to the department office, and register the data of the school administration system. The Academic Affairs Office input absent data in using artificial mode. It takes a lot of manpower costs. Some classes of large number students use roll-call by name. It is not an efficient administrative process because it wastes of time. This is a generally encounter problems in campus. This paper through Decomposed Theory of Planned Behavior (DTPB) mode of Automation RFID Roll-Call System to discover the influence of users using desire in new service. Adding the case of the respondents to explore the impact of users (teachers and students) behavior factors for the system.
