Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 科技管理研究所 === 100 === The purpose of this research is to probe the Cross-Border model of knowledge transfer. We conducted a secondary analysis of qualitative data based on in-depth interviewing. Two Cross-Border Knowledge Transfer cases were analyzed regarding China Geneval Plastics Corp as the research object, and deduce eight research propositions in view of the above. The main research findings are: 1.The objects of knowledge transfers are often strongly influenced by the connection of senior manager. 2. The impact of cultural differences plays an important role in the success of knowledge transfer. 3. The extent of tacit knowledge would affect the interaction in the knowledge transfer process. According to results of our study, we propose a new model for cross-border knowledge transfer and offer as a reference for future study. The results can also carry on the decision-making guidelines for business practices when running cross-border knowledge transfer.
