There were two purposes of this study :
（1） To explore the adolescent girls’ transformation of gender consciousness and experience of power display in their lives after participating empowerment camp.
（2） According to the analysis of results of this study, we hope social work can attach greater importance to gender empowerment education, and carry out the level of service to differ from the work mode of traditional society and face the necessity of preventive social work squarely.
This study adopted semi-structured depth interview to interview 7 adolescent girls and code with content analysis, then analyze the text.
The main findings of this study were summarized as follows:
1. There has been collapse of the phenomenon of gender boundaries for adolescent girls, and they have been attempting to reverse themselves for gender stereotypes and started bringing the new gender consciousness to the lives, and confirm the value of being feminine.
2. Adolescent girls are more sensitive to gender issues in their lives - awareness of gender consciousness
3. The changes of adolescent girls are not only stay in the level of reflection and criticism but also more practical actions in changes of their current states.
The findings of this study were provided to families、schools and social workers suggestion for families, schools and social workers to think over actual situation and refer to the findings for actions.
