Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 車輛工程系所 === 100 === In this thesis, the lightweight structure analysis process of PE bottles is proposed. The process includes the analysis of three-dimensional dynamic finite element model, topography optimization and topology optimization. The effects of bottle lip, shoulder, label area and bottom support surface on the maximum critical load and the corresponding time are also investigated. The result indicate that the maximum critical load increases with the increasing diameter of bottle lip, inclined angle of shoulder or taper of label area. The results also show that the proposed analysis process can be used to reduce the weight of PE bottles effectively. In this study, the weight reduction of the discussed PE bottle can reach as high as 37%.
