碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 企業管理系所 === 100 === Through literature review, this study defined the small medium enterprises (SMEs) and provided the analysis of the current situation of SMEs' financial problems as well as SMEs' financing difficulties. In addition, the study referred to foreign SMEs' financing solutions to construct a tripartite model by integrate three parties, including small medium enterprises, logistics and finance industry to resolve the SMEs' financial problems and financing difficulties. The proposed model provides a solution by making good use of SMEs' inventory and with the supporting mechanism of the SME Credit Guarantee Fund to unite the three parties, namely SME, logistics and finance industry to form a financing logistic warehouse to provide SMEs a financing solution.
