| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 工業管理系所 === 100 === The main purpose of this study is to propose the standard operation procedures for the emergency relief inventory center (ERIC), in order to reduce the mistake and improve working efficiency. In addition, we also developed a reminder system to integrate relevant information and avoid managers omitting crucial tasks during the rush. The functions of the reminder system are divided into 3 platforms: the resource supply platform, the resource management platform, and the volunteer management platform. Finally, scenario analyses are used to evaluate the performance of the reminder system. The results indicated that the reminder system can be provided as a useful tool to the real-time management, and enhance the efficiency of the ERIC.
