Summary: | 碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 工業管理系所 === 100 === The multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) is one of the most important components for the electronic products. However, there is often a high defective rate in the sintering process. If we can find out the best equipment control parameters in the sintering process, it can provide high efficient production to reduce manufacturing cost. This study utilizes response surface methodology (RSM) to conduct the relevant experiment. The results of this study indicate that the RSM can help obtain the better production conditions to improve the process capability of MLCC.
