The materials about Taiwanese snacks only touch on the surface without going into deeply and few of them introduce Taiwanese snacks systematically. Due to this reason, the points of penetration in the thesis are cheap and often seen Taiwanese snacks. Let the foreign students and new immigrants understand Taiwanese Dietetic Culture more through night market teaching program. To verify the applicability of teaching program, take the community college in Gang-Shan in Kaohsiung as the researching field and new immigrants as objects of study . Through teaching on-site observations, photographs, recordings, interviews, audio, teaching reflection, before and after questionnaires, learning sheets based on measuring error analysis of Chinese characters, examine the advantages and disadvantages of teaching materials to serve as a basis for improving. Being a researcher who is a designer as well as a teacher draws the following conclusions from the actual teaching: First, classes mixed the new immigrants from different nationalities should be individualized. Second, material about culture should be directed in the cultural language courses. Third, Taiwan Dietetic Culture teaching should be auxiliary materials. Four, Chinese teaching materials about Taiwan food stalls in the night market are practical teaching materials. According to the research results and conclusions, submit several recommendations to be a reference for future research. (A) On teaching materials: They should be taken account of expanding Taiwan snacks description level, extending the night market program to the career counseling, language ability and nationality, the background and life experiences. (B) On teaching: highlight Taiwan cuisine features in a comparative manner, explain history and food culture in comic strips and , real visiting teaching.
