Summary: | 碩士 === 國立屏東教育大學 === 教育行政研究所 === 100 === This study aims to investigate the current situations of knowledge management strategy, school-based management, organizational trust, and organizational effectiveness in elementary schools. This study analyzes the different effects of background variables on knowledge management strategy, school-based management, organizational trust, and organizational effectiveness. This study also examines the relationships between knowledge management strategy, school-based management, organizational trust, and organizational effectiveness, and verifies the research hypotheses.
This study adopts questionnaire survey method to collect data. The research samples are those who teach in public elementary-school, totally 360 teachers, from Fengshan, Gangshan and Cishan District in Kaohsiung City. The result of the survey is analyzed by various statistical methods including t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and the multiple regression analysis. The major findings of this study are summarized as follows:
1. The current conditions of knowledge management strategy, school-based management, organizational trust, and organizational effectiveness in elementary schools are good.
2. Knowledge management strategy, school-based management and organizational trust have no significant difference in teachers’ gender, educational background, and seniority.
3. Organizational effectiveness emerges difference because of teachers’ position, school scale and school location.
4. There are high positive correlation between knowledge management strategy, school-based management, organizational trust, and organizational effectiveness.
5. School-based management has mediating effect on the relationship between knowledge management strategy and organizational effectiveness.
6. Organizational trust has moderating effect on the relationship between school-based management and organizational effectiveness.
According to the above results, this study suggests that the school could adopt proper knowledge management strategy to encourage teachers to participate in school’s public affairs. By enhancing organizational trust, school could exert professional autonomy of education and improve organizational effectiveness.
