Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東教育大學 === 教育行政研究所 === 100 ===   This study aims to understand university of transition to the environmental background of the entrepreneurial university, find out of the entrepreneurial university of the university of operating innovative thinking, and to know the direction of the development of the entrepreneurial university of the university planning. The object of study is the school administrators, members of the president, vice president, chief executive and deputy chief executive, director of the center of the former industry-university cooperation, the former regional director of industries center, and the manager of a regional center for industry-university, for eight interviewers.   This study through document analysis, interview and observation to understand the university of transition to the entrepreneurial university of the factors: 1. K University of Science and Technology environmental background of the transformation, by the surrounding environment, school development, integration of campus resources and teaching philosophy, and other factors. 2. K University of Science and Technology on a business venture of innovation at the university of thinking we need to nurture the students with the entrepreneurial spirit and shaping the campus entrepreneurial environment. 3. K University of Science and Technology planning direction of development of the entrepreneurial university was establidshed to promote the office, planning to promote the 1234 mode, the implementation of entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial incubator, strengthen teachers’ industry-university cooperation and industry experimental zone.   Finally, this study based on the conclusions of K University of Science and Technology and government authorities to make relevant recommendations.
