Summary: | 碩士 === 國立屏東商業技術學院 === 經營管理研究所 === 100 === Nurses are the first people who are in touch with patients directly. Therefore, under this circumstance, the impression of the medical organizations has great impact which is related to those nurses. According to this, how to develop their working performance becomes an important issue to the management level from medical organizations. This thesis aims to discuss the affection in educational training towards the working achievement, working satisfactions and working pressure in those registered nurses. The thesis will go further into the varied factors in leadership style and the equality of promotion system. Last, the performance of nurses in the hospital can be evaluated.
The subjects are based on the three general hospitals. In response to the thesis, there were 180 questionnaires were issued and 142 effective questionnaires were collected, therefore, the effective response rate is 78.9%.
Analysis of these questionnaires by using hierarchical regression and revealed that: first, in the factors of working achievement. Educational training has positive outcome on working achievement. Plus, it also has positive outcomes when it cooperates with the leadership style and the equality of the promotion system. Second, educational training has positive effects on working satisfactions. Also, it has positive effects when it cooperates with the equality of promotion system. However, the educational training has negative impacts in working pressure and it also has negative impacts when it cooperates with the factor of leadership style.
