People take more attention to issues of environmental protection and sustainable management. Although environmental issues pose threat to the enterprise, but may also bring opportunities for innovation. For survive and compete in the market. Companies began to seek innovative ways to create new products, developing new markets, produce products with new technology, or Cooperation with competitors, suppliers, customers. Most small and medium-sized enterprises, has its own suppliers mechanism. In this study, explore to the relationship between trust and learning generated by the long-term cooperation and cooperative relations between the major suppliers, and whether it would be that the green innovation behavior impact. Hence, this paper aims to bridge this gap by providing empirical evidence to encourage companies to implement integration and relationship in order to improve their green innovation, and to enhance their competitive advantage in the global market. Therefore, this study proposes an integrated framework to explore how supplier integration and resources affect the trust and learning between the organization. Expect to provide a more detailed reference of Taiwan's SMEs in the green innovation strategy formulation.
