The analyzed result of this research has discovered that all variables like the building area, the number of auction, court eviction order, the empty house and near MRTstation have obvious influences on the final bid price. The building area, court eviction order and near MRTstation have a positive influence, but on the other hand, the number of auction and the empty house have a negative influence.
