The impacts between bearing the historic mission, being asked to leave the school and now being relied by the schools. Are the in military drillmasters’ different roles the need in this generation or only a custom? The ministry of education replaced “the military training course” with “the general education for national defense” in temporary syllabus of junior high school in 2006, and official implemented “the all-out defense education course” in 2010. Military drillmasters not only teach the general education for national defense and in charge of students’ life counseling, but also need to push the movements that related to the all-out defense education course. It is therefore clear that facing the changing of time and reforming the system of military training, which are hard works and bring full of insecurity feeling for the military drillmaster organization. According to the literature review and the related study of evidence, the commitment in organization concerned employees’ behavior. Therefore, how to conduct the power of the organization, and putting the conscious together to enhance the commitment in military drillmaster organization are the main challenges for the executive on management. The quantitative research questionnaire was used for this study. 150 questionnaires were sent to the military drillmasters who work in Kaohsiung, Ping Tung, and 128 questionnaires III (85.3%) were collected. Participants should answer all of the questions on the questionnaires. SPSS was used to analyze the statistics, and through the reliability and validity analysis, factor analysis, regression analysis, and canonical analysis to discuss the relevance between military drillmasters’ personal conscious support and commitment in organization, and the personal job satisfaction. The results indicate: (1)There is a positive influence on job satisfaction when military drillmasters are conscious supported in organization. (2) There is a positive influence on commitment in organization when military drillmasters are conscious supported in organization. (3) The commitment in organization has a positive influence on job satisfaction. (4) There is a positive influence on commitment in organization and job satisfaction when military drillmasters are conscious supported in organization.
