| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立屏東商業技術學院 === 國際企業所 === 100 === The main idea of the thesis is apply Malmquist Index(MI) of Data envelopment Analysis(DEA) to evaluate the studies of the analysis of sales achievement in our country. Using ata envelopment Analysis(DEA) is able to cope with the efficiency evaluation of Multi-input and multi-output. Besides, Malmquist Index(MI) has the priority to compare the details of spanning two years, according to the results of the over three years(2001~2010) continuous being selected to be the most famous 500 service industries to analyze whether the company is efficiency or not. And discuss what kind of reasons gives the company efficiency.
The study regards the staff numbers, selling cost, operating expenses, asset total as the investment. View the selling income as the produce project to estimate the results. From the study, we found that the construct fields in Taiwan are seriously influenced by the finance crisis in 2008. Though it returned to the original selling path in the late 2009, but the breadth of progressing is not enough. Waiting for the factories can make the control of cost and resource stronger. Meanwhile, expecting for the government provides the construct fields a necessary help. Rising the efficiency of property operating together.
