Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東商業技術學院 === 國際企業所 === 100 === This study explores the topic about how to select a best project combination, which is fittest for the strategy and the goal of a company, from many business cases. The idea is to establish a project portfolio process that employs the concept of balanced scorecard and strategy map to measure the fitness of each project and project portfolio. The concrete selection process uses the qualitative analysis and pareto efficiency to rank the priority of each proposed project and then screen them initially. The screened results are then evaluated further by the balanced scorecard with the organization of the analytic hierarchy process. This evaluation provides a more precise foundation to rank the previous results. A second selection of the best project and the optimal project portfolio is then made accordingly. After an optimal project portfolio is chosen, we suggest a detail review of the interactions between the chosen projects. According to the interactions, a subtle adjustment to those projects is probably required to achieve the actual synergy of the optimal project portfolio.
