Summary: | 碩士 === 國立屏東商業技術學院 === 不動產經營系(所) === 100 === The housing information offered by the public sector is the reference that the government offer for the public to buy house, dealers to invest and the government to regulate policies. An efficient performance evaluation for information should make transparent be the main scheme, update the information regularly and keep the uniqueness. At the same time, value people used experience in addition to improving the design of willing usage, development and application. Therefore, the purpose of building Kaohsiung housing information and people’s expectancy can be fitted. For this reason, this study will analyze and discuss the factor of willing usage from Kaohsiung housing information interviewee. This researching method mainly by internet questionnaire to conduct the Chi-Square Test, Crosstabs Analysis, Factor Analysis, and One-way of ANOVA, to understand the satisfaction of web services and the difference between the population attributes and willingness to usage factors.
The results are as follows:
1. There are 61% interviewees willing to recommend the Kaohsiung Housing Information to their friend and family. The favorite part for users is Life Map, and the most interested part is Traffic Routes. Besides, users expect the website can add some function such as Opinion Changing Area, Thematic Reports, and Housing News.
2. In the analysis of website’s willingness to usage, users are agree that the website offer a correct and complete information as well as a businesslike page.
3. There are three main aspects that influence the Kaohsiung Housing Information’s willingness to usage, Quality of Information, Quality of System, Perceived of Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Switching Cost, Trust, Attitude, and Service Reliability.
4. Kaohsiung Housing Information’s users’ sex, age, education, career, and average monthly income make an obvious difference in the factors of willingness to usage, but there is no obvious difference in usage of site experience and views.
