In this paper, the die design and manufacture of evaporative casting process with styrofoam is investigated, from analyzing a casting part design diagram, designing and manufacturing the styrofoam evaporative mold to casting by using the styrofoam mold. At last, a series of evaluation of the main points of design and manufacture of evaporative casting process with Styrofoam on casting quality was carried out. The results of this study could provide plentiful information for the die design engineers of evaporative casting process with Styrofoam in industry.
