Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 人力與知識管理研究所 === 100 === Abstract This study aims to understand current situation of interpersonal communication, knowledge management, and job performance for administrative staff of lementary schools, and to explore the variations among them for administrative staff with different background variables in elementary schools .Therefore, there are five objectives of this study. First is to understand current situation of interpersonal communication, knowledge management, and job performance for the administrative staff of elementary schools . Second is to explore the relationship between interpersonal communication and job performance for the administrative staff of elementary schools .Third is to explore the relationship between knowledge management and job performance for the administrative staff of elementary schools. Forth is to explore the relationship between interpersonal communication and knowledge managemen for the administrative staff of elementary schools. Fifth is to propose concrete suggestions ,based on the results of the study, to provide a reference of strategy and future research for elementary schools. In order to achieve the above purposes, this study take sample units from the elementary schools of merging Kaohsiung City. The participants of the sample are drawn from administrative staff of merging Kaohsiung City. 734 questionnaires are issued officially. From among them, 661 copies are returned and collected. After 9 invalid copies are screened out, 652 copies of valid questionnaires are available for carrying out descriptive statistical analysis and reliability and validity of the test, independent sample t- test, one way ANOVA analysis, and class regression analysis to verify assumptions. This study finds that: 1. The perception of interpersonal communication for the administrative staff of elementary schools presents an excellent level, with the highest appreciation on ” interpersonal communication knowledge”, but with the lowest scores on “interpersonal communication culture”. 2. The perception of knowledge management for the administrative staff of elementary schools presents an excellent level, with the highest scores on “knowledge obtaining”, but with the lowest scores on “knowledge sharing”. 3. The perception of job performance for the administrative staff of elementary schools presents an excellent level, with the highest consent in the area of “work effectiveness”, but with lowest consent in the area of “work quality”. 4. The gender, job function, and service seniority on the perception of interpersonal communication for the administrative staff of elementary schools present a significant difference. 5. Job function on the perception of knowledge management for the administrative staff of elementary schools has significant difference. 6. Job function and service seniority on the conception of job performance for the administrative staff of elementary schools have significant difference. 7. Interpersonal communication for the administrative staff of elementary schools has effect on job performance. 8. Knowledge management for the administrative staff of elementary schools has effect on job performance. 9. Interpersonal communication for the administrative staff of elementary schools has effect on knowledge management. Key words: Interpersonal Communication, Knowledge Management, Job Performance
