Convenient sampling approach was adopted. There were 363 questionnaires disseminated with 332 returned and 91% of return rate. Barring the 22 ineffective questionnaires, the total of effective returns reached 310 with 85% of effective return rate as result. Then these collected available and filled-out questionnaires underwent descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product moment correlation and stepwise multiple regression, etc, for further analytical processing. The following are the conclusions: 1、 “Bureaucratic culture” perception ranked highest in enterprise employee perceived organizational cultures. 2、 “Task behavior orientation” perception ranked highest in supervisor leadership style perceived by enterprise employees. 3、 “Work participation level” perception ranked highest in the work involvement by enterprise employees. 4、 There were significant differences observed for marital status, education background and work seniority within the enterprise employees’ different population statistics variables as opposed to partial layers of the organizational cultures. 5、 There were significant differences observed for age group, marital status, educational background and work seniority within different population statistical variables for enterprise employees as opposed to partial layers of competent leadership style perception. 6、 There were significant differences observed for gender and education background within different population variables of enterprise employees as opposed to employee work involvement. 7、 There were positive correlations observed between enterprise organizational culture, supervisor leadership style and work involvement. 8、 Enterprise organizational culture and supervisor leadership style possess significant prediction capability toward work involvement. Lastly, from our research findings, concrete recommendations and approaches will be proposed to target to the enterprise organization, competent authorities as well as future follow-researches.
