To achieve this purpose, the questionnaire survey is adopted as the research method in this research. The research used stratifying random sampling by school sizes to select sample population for conducting the test 298 people from 25 public Aboriginal Elementary Schools in Koashuing- Pingtung area are served as samples. From those collected 295 questionnaires, 295 samples are valid with applicable rate of 96%. The collected data was analyzed by way of average, standard deviation, t-test, One-Way ANOVA, Pearson Correlation, and Stepwise Regression. The major conclusions of the study are as follows: 1. At present, States of Parents’ Participation for Schooling, Teaching Effectiveness and School Competitiveness of aboriginal elementary are above average. Communication receiver is the highest. 2. The State of teachers for Teaching Effectiveness in the area is above average. Class management is the highest. 3. The state of School Competitiveness of the teachers in the area is above average. Administration management is the highest. 4. The state of the female, elder, university-graduated, senior, the size of 13-class of school scale teachers for Parents’ Participation for Schooling in the area is higher. 5. The state of the female, elder, part-time, senior, the size of 13-class of school scale and homeroom teachers for Teaching Effectiveness in the area is higher. 6. The State of School Competitiveness is higher, including the male, elder, graduate- school, senior, the size of 13-class of school scale and homeroom teachers. 7. The roles of the Parents’ Participation for Schooling are more positive, and the state of teachers for Teaching Effectiveness is higher. 8. The roles of the Parents’ Participation for Schooling are more positive, and the state of teachers for School Competitiveness is higher. 9. The state of teachers for Teaching Effectiveness in the area is higher, and the School Competitiveness is higher. 10. Parents’ Participation for Schooling, Teaching Effectiveness are significant predictors of School Competitiveness. Class management is the highest. Based on the results of the research, some suggestions for school administration leadership and future study were proposed. Abstract
