Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 教育學系 === 100 === The research aimed to discuss the job stress and the strategies of three elementary schools´ general affairs director handling the school buildings construction. Based on the literature reviews, the researcher generated the fundamental theories and utilized in-field interviews and document analysis as the ways to collect the research data. The research employed the qualitative semi-structured interview and had three Kaohsiung elementary school general affairs directors as the main interviewees.The researcher analyzed the data collecting from interviews, observation and document collecting to understand the dilemmas of school building construction process and its job stress as well as coping strategies. The main themes of the research were summarized as follows: the job content of school buildings construction, the dilemmas process, job stress and coping strategies. Based on the research findings, the researcher proposed the concrete and feasible suggests as the references for the elementary school general affairs directors, school administrators and educational bureau administrators.
