The orientation of this research was included of administrative leadership, instructional leadership, curriculum leadership, public relationship, and personnel arrangements. This research menthod was semi-structural interviews and collected data from data analysis, coding and classifying.Then the researcher depended on the outcome to write the conclusions and reflections. To analysis and discuss the interviewers data, first, the conclusions of this study showed that the sources of administrative plight were related with “organizational conflict”, ”teachers’ professional competency”, ”the curriculum design and implementation”, ”struggle for resource”, ”internal public relationship of school”, and ”employ and position adjustment of the director”. Second, the questions of ethical dilemma were related with “the dilemmas about system”, “the dilemmas about human affection”, ” teachers’questions”, ”stuggle and use of resources”, and ”parents’ attitude”. Ways of dealing with the plights and the dilemmas were mainly based on “empathy”, “positive thinking”, “continuous communication”, “seek external resources”, and “school development priorities”. 劉世閔 博士 2012 學位論文 ; thesis 152 zh-TW
