Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 教育學系 === 100 === The purpose of this research is to develop a set of teaching program which can be applied to multimedia integrates with world history in ninth grade of junior high school. It also explores the development of teaching program progress of multimedia integrates with world history in ninth grade of junior high school and the influences of learning motivation and learning achievements for ninth graders in junior high school after introducing multimedia into world history teaching. This research adopted action research, and collected data with document analysis and survey research.
The researcher carried out the exploration with the characteristics and difficulties of world history teaching, related theory of multimedia integrated into teaching, categories and characteristics of multimedia literature on related research about multimedia integrated into world history teaching in junior high school in order to understand how to apply teaching materials of multimedia into world history teaching of ninth grade in junior high school. The compilation of curriculum design and teaching program for this research were made by collaborative teachers and experts of history provide revised opinions and reflections and revision of each unit after teaching. Through worksheets, learning motivation checklist for history, students’ opinion checklist for multimedia integrated into world history teaching, notes for teaching reflections, collection and arrangement for data of monthly exam results in ninth-grade history to analyze and understand achievement of teaching practice, students’ learning motivation and changes of learning achievement. There are three main results of this research:
I. Students have improved learning motivation for history after multimedia integrated into world history teaching.
II. It can improve students’ learning achievement for world history when multimedia integrated into world history teaching.
III. Most of the students approve multimedia integrated into world history teaching and hope it can continually bring into practice.
The result of this research confirms that history is a subject which can integrate with multimedia teaching. However, in practical application, teachers must pay attention to the principles of the allocation of teaching time, selection of content for multimedia and maintenance of class order. At the same time, it can enhance teaching effectiveness when using the features of multimedia and achieve the goal of history teaching.
