It is difficult and expensive to build new base station site selection. Besides, the external environmental factors limit such as community residents who worry about impact on human health of electromagnetic glass, various industry regulations, implementation costs and waste. Through the national Communications Commission (NCC) led to set up a telecom industry associations, and with members of strategic alliances way, in co-construction engineering agreement for joint contracting approach, built on the same base station site together, sharing resources, reduce costs, save time, in order to achieve more efficient mode of unity and cooperation strategy. In this study, we adapt qualitative research, and use in-depth case interviews as the main object of research and case study interviews by third-generation mobile communication (3G) operators. Scholar Rochart (1979) applied key success factors source, and Fortune and White (2006) summarized the project key success factors model, this study discusses the industry to join the organization of the strategic alliance motives, and the depth of the strategic alliance organizations key success factors and their sources. Collis &; Montgomery (1995), integrated Resource interdependence theory, to study the interdependent relationship of the strategic alliance of resources. In addition, from the Case-proven experience, we research and analyze the strategy Alliance of the current status , and framework for a strategic alliance of competitive strategy of the mobile communications industry in Taiwan. After the analysis of discussion in this study , we can expect to propose effective recommendations into international strategic alliance or reference of the cross-industry combination in the future in communications industry. Analyze and evaluate the information of the interview Meeting and the opions of experts and scholars, this study find that mobile communications industry in Taiwan to join the organization of strategic alliances for the purpose of cost-sharing. Besides, its key success factors are the support of senior management, the same goals and plans, good communicationand feedback of technical competence etc. And resource interdependence between the Union belongs to the same industry non-competitive alliance. 林文寶博士 2012 學位論文 ; thesis 129 zh-TW |
