Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 事業經營系 === 100 ===   With the increase of the virtual community, more and more common that people through the internet to proceed information sharing behavior, and it’s a key factor to determine the success of the virtual community,a successful virtual community must with the cooperate manufacturers to establish a good relationship, and the social network with the more cooperate manufacturers,also enable the community network with a diversification of product information,and establish improve search function, enable the community members to search the information immediately.   In this study,main by theoretical framework of social capital proposed by Nahapiet and Ghoshal, (1998), respectively, from the perspective of three different dimensions to explore how virtual communities have the social capital structure continued to affect the community members of their information sharing behavior in intent, are (1) structural dimensions: social interaction tie (2) relational dimension: trust, identification, norms of reciprocity (3) cognitive dimensions: Shared value.   This study attempts to investigate the information sharing intention and behavior among virtual community members, Data was collected from 200 members of ipeen , through self administered questionnaires and through the AMOS and SPSS software to analysis the data.The results revealed that information sharing behavior is associated with information sharing intention and membership seniority. And motivation systems are also positively interfering with information sharing intention of information sharing behavior. Between the virtual community member’s social interaction tie, trust and identification, norms of reciprocity, shared values are positive influence on information sharing intent.
