Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 成人教育研究所 === 100 === The purpose of the study is to explore the relationship between the police technical instructors’ role perception and job involvement. The subjects were total of 468 police technical instructors who worked in the police stations all over Taiwan. The major instruments were the questionnaires of “the Police Technical Instructors’ Role Perception and Job Involvement,”which includes three parts such as personal backgrounds, role perception, and job involvement. 468 surveys have been conducted randomly with none of them being invalid. Therefore, this makes a participation rate of 100% .The statistical methods used in this study included descriptive statistic analysis, moment correlation, independent sample t-test, single factor analysis of variance, and two- factor analysis of variance. Through the empirical analysis and discussion, the main findings are summarized as follows: 1.The police technical instructors are for the most part at the age between thirty and forty-five. As for those who graduate from the Police College and get married, the police officers who have worked 21 years, or the assistances and instructors who have worked 6-10 years, they occupy a large amount in the technical instructors. 2. When asked about the opinions of “ role perception” and “ job involvement,” the outcome shows positive. 3. For all levels, “role perception” and the degree of “ job involvement” are showing significant positive correlations. 4. The distinguishing characters such as different ages, educational attainment, marital status, job titles, years of service, working properties, the years of being instructions, and serving units do not have a significant impact when it is related to the interaction of the role perception and the enthusiasm of working. 5. Each contributed significantly, police instructors role of perceived level of grouping in test of job involvement, and by the average number of fine grid are high packet is greater than the low group.
