First, related literature on work values, job involvement, and organizational commitment are collected, investigated, and analyzed. Next, the framework of research is devised, and the questionnaire is designed and pre-tested, from which the research instrument of this study “questionnaire of the investigation of Work Values, Job Involvement, and Organizational Commitment in the Cram Schools of Kaohsiung City” is developed. The study is adopted by the method of questionnaire surveys. The questionnaires totally had 2378 cram schools in Kaohsiung City surveyed as population and collected employees as samples by random sampling. A total of 600 questionnaires were distributed, 592 of them were returned to the surveyor, making a retrieval rate of 98%. 16 of the returned questionnaires were invalid, so the total number of valid questionnaires retrieved came to 576, making a validity rate of 96%. It then employed the result of descriptive statistics, t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearsons’ product-moment correlation and multi-regression analysis to conduct an analytical process. The conclusions of this study are as follows, 1. Achievement and reputation is measured as being high in Work Values for the employees in cram schools in Kaohsiung. 2. Work Interest is measured as being high in Job Involvement for the employees in cram schools in Kaohsiung. 3. Work Desire is measured as being high in Organizational Commitment for the employees in cram schools in Kaohsiung. 4. Good educational background employees, professional teachers and seniority have higher awareness of Work Values. 5. Good educational employees, professional teachers and seniority have higher awareness of Job Involvement. 6. Females, unmarried, good educational employees, and seniority have higher awareness of Organizational Commitment. 7.
