However, only 254 are the available ones. The methodologies include “individual basic documents”, “the Innovation resources measures”, and “the Innovation rewards measures”, and “the Market orientation culture measures”. and “the Service Innovation measures”. The Cranach α of these four measures scales are .892、.886、.909、.913. The researcher input whole questionnaire data with descriptive statistics, standard deviation, one way ANOVA, and Pearson’s Product-moment Correlation multiple stepwise regression analysis. According to the output, the results of the study conclusions are as follows: I.The cram school parents in Kaohsiung area show the higher degree perception on the financial style based on the Innovation resources and the Innovation rewards and the Market orientation culture and the Service Innovation.Different size, type, and the establishment of seniority in industry were no difference. II.The whole pattern of the Service Innovation is obviously related to the overall degrees of the Innovation resources and the Innovation rewards and the Market orientation culture of the Cram School Parents.
