The objects were two traditional Cyperus malaccensis wholesale and mat weaving industries in Gangshan &; Mituo areas in Kaohsiung. Respectively, sell in batches with the industry that weaves straw mat person for two family traditional Lin grasses. Change as the intersection of Taiwan and society attitude, after the economic development with industrialization, in need of a large number of manpower and raw materials traditional industry under production process, the production cost rises rapidly, and the open market of Taiwan, the products of the low price start to enter the consumer market of Taiwan, the traditional industry begins to move outside. This research case - the intersection of Lin and the intersection of grass and matting and the intersection of Lin and the intersection of grass and wholesale business person, utilize the intersection of itself and existing advantage, and reduce the external influence with the internal unfavourable factor and find the management direction that the company develops again, choose appropriate method in appropriate opportunity, let the intersection of enterprise and tiding over turning point safe, and let enterprise's management soar again, extending the industry exist. This research, via interview, collection and summing up, study how in the highly competitive industrial and commercial society the case is of materials, under operator's management diligently, utilize the original undertaking foundation to develop gradually, reduce the influence of the unfavourable factor, make use of and help constant innovation and change of products and technology, create the most benefit, extend the lifespan of the industry. The conclusion is as follows: 1.the leader can judge the social trend correctly 2.based on enterprise, improve the shortcoming, dare to challenge 3.maintain products quality, offer guests to make the service of melting 4.correct observation and judgement, improve products value
