The participants in this study were 1172 fifth and sixth graders in Kaohsiung city. The descriptive statistics, independent-sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient were used to analyze the data. The findings of the study were summarized as follows: 1. As a whole, the learning attitude of grade students is positive. 2. Since the Internet becomes popular in family, the Internet addiction among the higher graders is not serious. 3. Girls’ learning attitude is better than boys’, and girls’ Internet addiction has not been a problem yet. 4. The fifth graders ’ learning attitude is better than the sixth. 5. The students whose patents with higher education tend to have better learning attitude, and they have less addiction to the Internet. 6. Children living together with parents have better academic performance than those of living with single parent. 7. Compared with any other places, the Internet addiction resulting from surfing the Internet at home is much more obvious. 8. The less hours they spend on surfing the Internet every week, the better learning attitude they have. Besides, the phenomenon of Internet addiction will fade away. 9. The students surfing the Internet for searching information tend to have better learning attitude, which won’t develop into Internet addiction. However, they won’t have it if they waste too much time on the on line games or chatting. 10. The Internet addiction probably won’t happen to higher graders who have good learning attitude.
