Supply from the graduates of colleges and universities (including technical and vocational education), demand from the companies of logistics industry and industrial logistics, and quantitative and qualitative analysis of supply and demand. In the quantitative part, to analysis of the number of supply and demand of the logistics industry professional now, and use Employer survey method and Mediterranean region manpower estimation method to estimate the supply and demand of the logistics industry in the next three years. In the qualitative part, to analysis of demand for logistics professional capability for industry and academia. The evolution of industry external environment and the change of logistics idea will bring new logistics trends. However, the trend will affect the business practice as well as demand for logistics professional capability, the different professional capability train will affect the design and planning of the curriculum. Therefore, this study will be the development of logistics trends, professional core competencies and professional curriculum as the core of three of the study. Expected through the analysis of the results, able to provide domestic logistics industry, logistics related to the department of the colleges and universities, professional logistics associations and government precautions and recommandations.
