It is not only a mean of maintaining the operation of factory and upgrade productivity, but also an im-portant part in production management in modernization factory that how uses the technology of equipment to detect the abnormality of equipment as soon as possible, control and plan repair. This research was provided a different thought of past in the improvement of facility management. We use Ergonomics as a main amelioration, and up-grade the functional surface of early Facility On-Line Monitoring System(FOMOS) to develop new system prototype. Otherwise we aim at user op-eration device and stability of system efficiency, and implement Hu-man-computing interface’s principle to FOMOS. The five index by Nielsen, learnability, operation efficiency, memorability, error rate, and satisfacation are the solutions to those problems from users operation experiences. We hope us-ers can easily learn the system, and reduce the difficulty of operations and time using of system operation. This research is used Paired-Samples T-Test to view if there is significant differences between old and new systems. The results show the new system excels the old system in learnability, operation efficiency, memorability, error rate, and satisfacation. And the system upgrade is able to in accordance with the system interface design by Ergonomics rules to enhance the effectiveness of the equipment maintenance and management. It shows the values of equip-ment maintenance. Chris K.W. Su 蘇國瑋 2012 學位論文 ; thesis 102 zh-TW
