Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 國際管理碩士學位學程 === 100 === In order to fully understand the challenges of international preschool that the problems face in the improving educational and service quality, this research investigates families’ needs (explicit and implicit) by surveying parents whose children are studying and will study in international preschools. Therefore, effective deployment strategy is necessary not only to meet the needs, but also to bring preschools to professional development. Additionally, Quality Function Deployment (QFD) model is used in this research to test the interrelationship between families’ voice and school deployment, leading schools to performance standard with high educational quality. On the other hand, global competitive nowadays forces the schools renovation and become differentiated in community. Hence, professional development with innovation is committed to helping early childhood education programs provide high quality educational experiences for all children through development appropriate curricula, effective program leadership and management, meaningful teacher professional development, and active family engagement.
