Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 企業電子化研究所 === 100 === In recent years, on the point of poor boom of the industry, diversified e-commerce applications brings a lot of business opportunities, even coming out the word “Stay-at-Home-Economy.” The industry is also optimistic for the business opportunities of e-commerce market, and has invested in the market. The subject of this study, the catering industry, is also using online dining reservation system to take a place in the market, such as “OpenTable” in the overseas and “Eztable” in our country which are the head of the market. However, this system has not been widely used in daily life. What are the factors which affect users’ intention for the system? In this study, setting a dining reservation as a starting point to construct one integrated model can be used to explain the behavioral intention of using dining reservation system. Then to verify the causal relationship between the concepts in the model by using the structural equation modeling analysis (Structural Equation Model; SEM).
By reviewing the literature, this study use the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology - Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence to analysis the effects for the behavioral intentions and combine with Information System Success Model-information quality, system quality, to analyze the relationship between satisfaction and satisfaction and behavioral intentions. This study use “Eatzy”, a dining reservation system which developed for this research, to participate internet survey. The target is total 170 users, and analysis data by using Structural Equation Model. The result show significant effect among aspects. This research concludes as the following:
一、“Social Influence” motive has the greatest influence on Dining reservation system behavior intention motivating factor, “ Effort Expectancy” motive the second, “ Performance Expectancy” motive is the least.
二、“Information Quality” motive has the greatest influence on Dining reservation system users Satisfaction motivating factor,“ System Quality” motive is the second.
三、The result of research shows“users Satisfaction” have a significant influence to“behavior intention”.
